Yes! We have a physical medical center located in Northern California. Our medical center has been in business since 1981.
Your consultation and prescription will be ordered by one of our licensed medical doctors, nurse practitioners, or physician’s assistants.
A followup consultation is required depending on the prescription you requested. Generally this will be done 3 months after your initial consultation.
We will process your prescription immediately after your consultation or refill request. Our FDA approved compounding pharmacies generally take about 2 weeks to fulfill all prescriptions.
You can message us through your patient portal if you have any questions or concerns. You have 48 hours to make sure that your prescription is accurate once you receive it.
All necessary supplies will be included with your prescription, including syringes, needles, and alcohol prep pads.

There are no hidden fees, no membership fees, or taxes. The pricing you see is what you will actually pay.
We are unable to bill insurance directly on your behalf, however we can prepare a detailed superbill for you with all the necessary diagnosis and billing codes for you to submit to your insurance carrier.

Yes! Since we are an actual medical office, we accept HSA and FSA cards as long as your card has a VISA or Mastercard logo on it.
Once a prescription has been ordered, they cannot be refunded.
