Yes! We have a physical medical center located in Northern California. Our medical center has been in business since 1981.
Your consultation and prescription will be ordered by one of our licensed medical doctors, nurse practitioners, or physician’s assistants.
A followup consultation is required depending on the prescription you requested. Generally this will be done 3 months after your initial consultation.
We will process your prescription immediately after your consultation or refill request. Our FDA approved compounding pharmacies generally take about 2 weeks to fulfill all prescriptions.
You can message us through your patient portal if you have any questions or concerns. You have 48 hours to make sure that your prescription is accurate once you receive it.
All necessary supplies will be included with your prescription, including syringes, needles, and alcohol prep pads.

There are no hidden fees, no membership fees, or taxes. The pricing you see is what you will actually pay.
We are unable to bill insurance directly on your behalf, however we can prepare a detailed superbill for you with all the necessary diagnosis and billing codes for you to submit to your insurance carrier.

In our experience we have seen most of the major PPO insurance carriers provide reimbursement.
Yes! Since we are an actual medical office, we accept HSA and FSA cards as long as your card has a VISA or Mastercard logo on it.
Once a prescription has been ordered, they cannot be refunded.

Since 1981, Dr. Abellera has served as the medical director of several medical practices that focus on functional medicine, aesthetics, and general pediatrics. She is one of the most sought out functional and integrative medical doctors in the United States, having treated over 18,000 patients in her career. These patients range anywhere from newborns to stage IV cancer to geriatric patients with advanced neurological diseases.


Originally trained and holding a private practice in conventional medicine, Dr. Abellera noticed that our existing health care system was broken. Doctors were taught to treat only the symptoms and worry about the side effects later, write prescriptions unnecessarily, and noticed a trend in the pediatric population. When Dr. Abellera began her practice in 1981, there were only 16 required vaccinations. That number more than quadrupled over the next 30 years and concurrently, so did the rise of developmental problems amongst children. What’s more is the number of pediatric diabetes, obesity, and cardiac problems amongst all ages grew too. This gave rise to Dr. Abellera seeking a better way to manage health.
